Job Overview: As a Client Support Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our agency's
operations, handling a variety of tasks that ensure our clients receive superior service and
support. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries on
premiums, billing, coverages, and claims, along with quoting new policies and managing
administrative tasks to ensure accuracy and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
● Customer Support (approximately 80% of your time):
○ Respond promptly to client questions and concerns regarding premiums, billing,
coverages, and claims.
○ Provide accurate information and guidance to clients, ensuring their insurance
needs are met effectively.
○ Handle client interactions professionally and with empathy, aiming to resolve
issues and maintain high satisfaction levels.
○ Document all client interactions and transactions accurately in our CRM system.
● Quoting New Policies (approximately 15% of your time):
○ Prepare and present insurance quotes for new policies based on client needs
and State Farm products.
○ Explain policy details, coverage options, and premiums clearly to potential
clients.
○ Follow up on quotes to convert leads into policyholders and contribute to agency
growth.
● Administrative Tasks (approximately 5% of your time):
○ Send reminders for late payments and follow up with clients to ensure payments
are processed in a timely manner.
○ Coordinate updates to client information such as changes in address or policy
updates.
○ Communicate with corporate offices to ensure all client data is accurate and upto-
date.
Requirements:
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing client information and
administrative tasks.
● A reliable team player who can consistently bring their A-game to work every day.
● Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain
complex information clearly and concisely.
● A proactive attitude with the ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced
environment.
● Proven experience in customer service or client support with insurance companies.
● Proficiency in using CRM software and other office productivity tools.
● High school diploma or equivalent
● Licensed in Property and Casualty Insurance in Illinois.

Burr Ridge, right near I-55.
